I get a lot of people say, "What do you mean don't pay your credit card debt off?''
I know I must sound CRAZY... But hear me out.
I see the same thing amongst people... Who have been living this way for the past 40 years.. They have a large sum of credit card debt, they pay off their credit, they use their credit again and repeat!! THIS IS A LOOP!
A question you have to ask yourself is what are you doing differently? If this is how you have lived are you sure you know how to live life any other way??
I don't want to play the short game, we want wealth! And when I say this a lot of people don't understand wealth! They don't know how to get there! I don't want you to get comfortable at looking for certain interest rates, we don't want you to hold onto there credit cards!

I want you to purchase an asset, using the money you have to purchase this! If you have $20,000 - $30,000 saved up already then YES pay off your credit card debt. Then use the other money to put a 10% down payment on a house! I also hear a lot "You can't get a 10% down payment" How many houses do you have?? I'll show you the way, I'll walk you to the finish line, ill take you to the people to get you to where you need to be!
This is not for everybody, Its for the people who want to change their life.
Someone has to be the worker and someone has to be the person paying the worker...
So many people think they are just going to run into a lump sum of money to pay off their debt, if you haven't received it now, you won't in the future!
If you really want to create wealth... Let your assets cover your liabilities, stop becoming a slave to your liabilities, this is just a reminder that your credit card is not an asset it is a liability. Don't take the last money you have and pay that liability, that's how you will end up having nothing to sustain you!
When you use the asset to cover your liability, your asset will cover your liabilities! You still have that same asset to cover your other liabilities, I'm not about debt, I'm about good debt that will cover your liabilities.
